Exchanges & Cancellations

1. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

• Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Exchanges

• We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

• To initiate an exchange, email us at info@dripszn.store with your order number and details.

3. Refunds for Exchanges

• Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process the exchange or issue store credit.

• If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we will provide store credit or a full refund.
